Technology is everywhere; there is no denying that it has completely changed the way we do business and it continues to do so and inspite of the same I never cease to be surprised how little businesses leverage technology to their full advantage. Sure everyone has the basics in place but are we able to really leverage technology in a way that it is in sync with the vision / growth stratey of our business ? This seems to be specially true of high growth businesses; for the last decade, we at Icreon have been working with clients to put in systems that can help them manage and sustain their growth and make sure that they have the technology that runs their business is in sync with the vision for their business. In my blog, I plan to share some of my experiences @ Icreon of having worked with businesses all over the world.
